Final Release Version Sample Clauses

The 'Final Release Version' clause defines the specific version of a product, software, or deliverable that is considered complete and ready for official release. This clause typically outlines the criteria or standards that must be met for a version to be designated as the final release, such as passing all required tests, meeting agreed-upon specifications, and receiving necessary approvals. By clearly identifying what constitutes the final release version, this clause helps prevent disputes over deliverable acceptance and ensures both parties have a shared understanding of when obligations regarding delivery are fulfilled.
