Final PoDI Selection Sample Clauses
The 'Final PoDI Selection' clause establishes the process by which the definitive Point of Delivery and Installation (PoDI) is chosen for a project or contract. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria, timeline, and responsible parties for confirming the final location or configuration where goods or services will be delivered and installed. For example, it may require the buyer to notify the seller of the selected site within a specified period or after certain project milestones are met. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear, agreed-upon understanding of the delivery and installation site, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating smooth project execution.

As noted above, Major Projects, Appalachian projects, and TIGER projects are by definition final PoDI projects.
