Common use of Final Payment Fee Clause in Contracts

Final Payment Fee. Borrower acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding any of the amendments or other modifications set forth herein or in any other documentation or correspondence related to the Loan Agreement or Loan Documents, or any other action taken by Borrower, Agent or any Lender, the Final Payment remains due and payable, in full and without counterclaim or offset of any kind, on the Maturity Date.
