Final Payment and Release. Final payment shall be made to the CONSULTANT upon satisfactory completion and acceptance by the OWNER of all services required, by the CONSULTANT pursuant to this Contract, or all services performed prior to the termination of said Contract if so terminated and upon submission of a certification that all subconsultants/subcontractors have been paid their full and agreed compensation. Acceptance by the CONSULTANT of final payment hereunder shall operate as, and shall be, a release to the OWNER from all claims and liability to the CONSULTANT and its successors, legal representatives, and assigns for anything done or furnished under or arising out of the provisions of this Contract. No payment, final or otherwise, shall release the CONSULTANT from any obligations under this Contract.
Final Payment and Release. When the Assessment, Contractual Interest, any prepayment penalty, and any penalties, interest, fees, or costs due under or authorized by the PACE Act or the Financing Documents have been paid in full, Local Government’s rights under the Owner Contract will cease and terminate. Upon notice from Lender that all amounts due have been paid in full, Authorized Representative will execute a release of the Assessment and the Owner Contract and record the release.
Final Payment and Release. The acceptance by Services Provider or Services Provider's successors of final payment under this Agreement, shall constitute a full and complete release of Owner from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever that Services Provider or Services Provider's successors have or may have against Owner pursuant to this Agreement except those claims specifically identified in writing by Services Provider as unsettled at the time of the final request for payment.

Acceptance by the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER of final payment hereunder shall operate as, and shall be, a release to the OWNER from all claims and liability to the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER and its successors, legal representatives, and assigns for anything done or furnished under or arising out of the provisions of this Contract. No payment, final or otherwise, shall release the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER from any obligations under this Contract.

The acceptance by Architect or Architect's successors of final payment under this Agreement, shall constitute a full and complete release of Owner from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever that Architect or Architect's successors have or may have against Owner pursuant to this Agreement except those claims specifically identified in writing by Architect as unsettled at the time of the final request for payment.
Final Payment and Release. Final payment shall be made to the CM upon satisfactory completion and acceptance by the OWNER of all services required, by the CM pursuant to this Contract, or all services performed prior to the termination of said Contract if so terminated and upon submission of a certification that all subconsultants/subcontractors have been paid their full and agreed compensation. Acceptance by the CM of final payment hereunder shall operate as, and shall be, a release to the OWNER from all claims and liability to the CM and its successors, legal representatives, and assigns for anything done or furnished under or arising out of the provisions of this Contract. No payment, final or otherwise, shall release the CM from any obligations under this Contract.
Final Payment and Release. Upon notice from the Financing Party that the Benefit Assessment has been satisfied and paid in full, together with all Eligible Costs and Financing Charges provided under the Finance Agreement, EIC, on behalf of the Participating Municipality, will execute a Satisfaction and Release of Benefit Assessment Lien (the “Release”) substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, and record the Release on the land records for the Participating Municipality. There shall be no charge, mortgage recording tax or other fee for recording the Release on the land records for the Participating Municipality in the same manner as if recorded by the Participating Municipality.
Final Payment and Release. Upon receipt of the final invoice and supporting data, and providing Seller is in compliance with all provisions of this Order, Aerojet shall pay any balance due and owing Seller. Seller and its assignees shall execute and deliver, at the time of and as a condition precedent to final payment, a release discharging Aerojet and its officers and directors from all liabilities, obligations, and claims of Seller or its successors in interest arising out of or under this Order, subject only to:
Final Payment and Release. The acceptance by Contractor or any person claiming under it of the final payment for the Goods, whether such payment be made pursuant to any judgment or order of any Court or otherwise, shall be and shall operate as a release to the District from all claim and liability for anything theretofore done or furnished for, or default by the District, its trustees, officers, agents or employees, relating to or affecting the Goods, except only the claim against the District for the remainder, if any there be, of the amounts kept or retained as provided in the Contract.
Final Payment and Release. The acceptance by Professional Firm or Professional Firm's successors of final payment under this Agreement, shall constitute a full and complete release of Owner from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever that Professional Firm or Professional Firm's successors have or may have against Owner pursuant to this Agreement except those claims specifically identified in writing by Professional Firm as unsettled at the time of the final request for payment.
