Final Judgments. A final judgment or judgments not capable of further appeal for the payment of money in respect of the Borrower or its wholly-owned Subsidiaries in excess of $2,000,000 in the aggregate (net of insurance proceeds which are reasonably expected to be paid), shall be rendered by one or more Government Authorities, arbitral tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be complied with, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or a stay of execution shall not be procured, within thirty days from the date of entry of such judgment or judgments;
