In addition to the Sellers’ obligations under Section 6.12, the Sellers shall provide prior to the Closing Date, and FID shall have had sufficient time to review, the unaudited balance sheet of each Target Company as of the end of all fiscal quarters ended after December 31, 2014, and the related unaudited statement of income, members’ equity and cash flows for all fiscal quarters ended after December 31, 2014 and the corresponding periods of 2015.

FINAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. In addition to the Sellers’ Seller’s obligations under Section 6.126.11, the Sellers Seller shall provide prior to the Closing Date, and FID shall have had in sufficient time to enable FID to review, the unaudited balance sheet management accounts of each Target Company prepared in the same format and on a consistent basis as previous such management accounts, as of the end of all fiscal quarters ended after December 31, 2014, and the related unaudited statement of income, members’ equity and cash flows for all fiscal quarters ended after December 31, 2014 and which have ended at least 15 Business Days prior to the corresponding periods of 2015Closing Date.
