Final Exam. You have 1 attempt to pass the final exam. You will be presented with a final exam on the last day of the class if you have attended the entire 30-hour class (4 days), completed all course work and any makeup sessions required. If you do not pass the exam within 90 days from the date the original class concluded, the class must be repeated. If you should FAIL THE FINAL EXAM, you will have to contact The Real Estate Business School to set up an appointment to come in and take your proctored final exam. You may arrange a time between the hours of 8:00 AM β 4 PM, Monday-Friday. The first failed exam will be reset at no cost to you. If you do not retest within 90 days from the date the original class concluded, the entire course will need to be repeated. If you should FAIL THE SUBSEQUENT FINAL EXAM, as per TREC guidelines, the course will need to be repeated. To repeat the course, you will have to contact The Real Estate Business School and pay a course reset fee of $75.
