Common use of Final Due Date Clause in Contracts

Final Due Date. Notwithstanding anything in this Retained Indebtedness Note to the contrary, all amounts outstanding under this Retained Indebtedness Note on account of each Retained Repriced Old Form Note Advance Portion, which amounts remain unpaid as of the Final Maturity Date for such Retained Repriced Old Form Note Advance Portion, shall be due and payable on the Final Maturity Date for such Retained Repriced Old Form Note Advance Portion.
