Final Design Certification. When the final 100% design for a Design Package has been completed, the Design- Builder’s Design Manager shall submit verification and certification that: (a) The Design-Builder has obtained all required Third Party approvals and permits; (b) The design documents meet the Contract requirements; and (c) The Work shown on the Design Documents is ready for construction to completion.
