FINAL DEADLINES Clause Samples
The "Final Deadlines" clause establishes the ultimate dates by which specific obligations or deliverables under an agreement must be completed. It typically outlines the last permissible day for submitting work, making payments, or fulfilling other contractual duties, and may specify consequences for missing these deadlines, such as penalties or loss of rights. By setting clear, non-negotiable endpoints, this clause ensures all parties are aware of their time constraints, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over late performance.
