Final DBE Report Schedule Clause Samples
The "Final DBE Report Schedule" clause establishes the requirement for submitting a comprehensive report detailing the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) at the conclusion of a project or contract. Typically, this clause outlines the timeline for submission, the specific information to be included—such as the names of DBE firms, the scope of their work, and the amounts paid—and any supporting documentation needed to verify compliance. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and accountability in meeting DBE participation goals, thereby helping contracting agencies monitor and enforce diversity and inclusion commitments.
