Common use of FINAL CLAIM Clause in Contracts

FINAL CLAIM. The Recipient shall submit a final claim to Canada by the Final Claim Date covering the Recipient’s Eligible Expenditures in a form acceptable to Canada. The final claim must include all information required under Subsection 9.2.
