Common use of Final Budget Clause in Contracts

Final Budget. Developer shall have submitted to Authority for its approval an updated and final pro forma and detailed Final Budget for the acquisition, Rehabilitation and operation of the Project (consistent with the Scope of Development) as required by Section 206(a), and Authority shall have approved the Final Budget in Authority’s reasonable discretion. The use of Authority Loan proceeds shall be consistent with the approved Final Budget.

Final Budget. Developer shall have submitted to Authority Agency for its approval an updated and final pro forma and detailed Final Budget for the acquisition, Rehabilitation and operation of the Project (consistent with the Scope of Development) as required by Section 206(a), and Authority Executive Director shall have approved the Final Budget in Authority’s her reasonable discretion. The use of Authority Agency Loan proceeds shall be consistent with the approved Final Budget.

Developer shall have submitted to Authority for its approval an updated and final pro forma and the detailed Final Budget for the acquisition, Rehabilitation and operation each Project of the Project (consistent with construction and development of the Scope of Development) as required by Section 206(a)applicable Project, and Authority shall have approved the Final Budget for each Project in Authority’s its reasonable discretion. The use of Authority Loan proceeds shall be consistent with the approved Final Budget.
