Common use of Final Budget Clause in Contracts

Final Budget. Developer shall have submitted to Authority and Agency for their approval a detailed Final Budget for the Rehabilitation and operation of the Apartment Complex, and Authority and Agency shall have approved the Final Budget in its reasonable discretion.

Final Budget. Developer Authority shall have submitted to Authority and Agency for their approval approved a detailed Final Budget for the Rehabilitation construction and operation development of the Apartment ComplexProject, and Authority and Agency shall have approved the Final Budget for the Project in its reasonable discretion.

The use of Authority Loan proceeds shall be consistent with the approved Final Budget.

Developer shall have submitted to Authority and Agency for their its approval a an updated and final pro forma and detailed Final Budget for the acquisition, Rehabilitation and operation of the Apartment ComplexProject (consistent with the Scope of Development) as required by Section 206(a), and Authority and Agency Executive Director shall have approved the Final Budget in its her reasonable discretion. The use of Agency Loan proceeds shall be consistent with the approved Final Budget.
