Final Borrowing Certificate. The Agent and the Independent Engineer shall have received at least five Business Days prior to the date of the Notice of Borrowing, a Final Borrowing Certificate dated as of the date of the proposed borrowing, which shall be substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit B-2.
