Final Bankruptcy Court Order. With respect to any Loan or issuance of any Letter of Credit to be made on or after the thirtieth day following the Entry Date, the Final Bankruptcy Court Order shall be in full force and effect and shall not have been reversed, stayed, modified or amended absent the consent of the Agent and the Borrower.
