Final Application Declined. If NWL declines the Final Application, the notice to the Customer stating that the application is declined must be accompanied by: (i) detailed reasons why the application has been declined and, if the Customer makes a new application the steps that the Customer can take to ensure connection of the DG; and (ii) a copy of the Dispute Resolution Process set out in Schedule E to this Policy.
