Final and Binding Effect. ▇▇▇▇▇ understands that if he signs this Agreement, returns it to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Petroleum, and fails to revoke it consistent with paragraph 18, it will have a final and binding effect and that by signing and returning this Agreement (and not revoking it) he may be giving up legal rights. ▇▇▇▇▇ also acknowledges that this Agreement may be signed in counter-parts (meaning by him and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Petroleum separately) and that facsimile, copy or PDF copy signatures shall be treated as just as valid as original signatures.
