Common use of Final Agreement; Modification Clause in Contracts

Final Agreement; Modification. Each Operative Document is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties to such Operative Document regarding the subject matter of such Operative Document. Each Operative Document supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings regarding the subject matter of such Operative Document. No modification of an Operative Document will be binding on the parties to it unless contained in a writing signed by the parties.
