This Agreement represents the final agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and may only be modified or amended by subsequent writing that is executed by the parties. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, its successors and assigns and the Employee and his or her estate, heirs and beneficiaries.
