Filter and Pump Replacement a. Honeywell will install a variable speed drive (VSD) on the new circulating pump (H2OFlow model #EF-C-26-12-4), including by-pass panel, lightning arrestor, and flow meters.
b. The VSD will be programmed to provide 6-hour turnover rate during occupied periods and 8-hour turnover rate during unoccupied periods for energy savings.
Filter and Pump Replacement a. Honeywell will demo and remove existing filter system, circulating pump, and associated piping and accessories.
b. Honeywell will install new Neptune Benson Model SP-▇▇-▇▇-487 filter system.
c. Provide new 2 hp compressor for pneumatic valves with air / water separator and regulator.
d. Honeywell will provide new circulating pump sized for new system (Marlow M# 4-9sc ▇▇▇▇▇s e-531C capable of 590 GPM pump).
