Films. Licensor shall make available certain Feature Films to Licensee for distribution in the ROW Territories in Standard Definition and/or High Definition hereunder, which Feature Films and their respective resolutions (i.e., SD or HD) shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion, and Licensee shall have the right (but not the obligation) to license from Licensor hereunder any or all such Feature Films in such resolutions.
