Filming. 28.1 The Client shall cooperate with the Company in good faith with all requests and activities of the Company in relation to the scheduled filming for the video or recording in order to facilitate the provision of the Services. The Client shall further provide all assistance reasonably required by the Company in order to enable the Company to film and develop the video or podcast audio recording.
Filming. Lessor agrees that Lessee may authorize the use of the Premises for filming of motion pictures, television tapes or films, commercials, videos, documentaries, commentaries, and any and all other still, electronic and other image capture purposes (collectively, “Filming”). Lessor agrees that any Filming may be performed during, before or after normal business hours. Upon Lessee’s written request, Lessor shall execute such documentation required in connection with such Filming, including, without limitation, executing releases required by third parties filming on the Premises. All such third parties Filming on the Premises shall provide a certificate of insurance naming both Lessor and Lessee as an additional insured.

In consideration of your selection as an official at The Championships, you grant and assign to the LTA and The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited (the AELTC) and their assignees in perpetuity the right, without further compensation, to make, use, show and reproduce in any medium throughout the world, including their use in a commercial manner, still or live images and footage taken of you during The Championships.

A film crew not to exceed three (3) persons from an outlet will be allowed access, without charge, to an FHSAA State Series contest to shoot news film clips, highlights or interviews for use as part of the outlet’s regular coverage or other special news programs. The outlet may not broadcast/telecast/webcast single-event contest highlights for more than the following allowable times: For the sports of competitive cheerleading, swimming & diving, track & field and wrestling: one (1) minute of individual event/com- petition footage, or half the time it takes to complete the individual event, whichever is less.
Filming. In the event that any filming is proposed to be conducted on the Concession Premises, Concessionaire will be required to obtain required filming permits from the County of Los Angeles, Film LA Inc. and any other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction thereover.

RAP has established a Park Film Office to coordinate the use of park property for film production purposes. All fees for use of park property by film production companies shall be established and collected in accordance with CITY and RAP policies. SMG shall charge any fees for film production conducted at FACILITY as provided in the User Agreement and for filming on the PREMISES on non-event days, such uses and fees subject to RAP approval.
Filming. EQUIPMENT (Booms, Camera and Insert Cars, Cranes, Dollies, etc.): Use the proper equipment for the job. Be aware of and observe all load capacities. Never allow more than nine people (including the driver) on an insert car. Operators and passengers of all vehicles should always use safety belts or harnesses.

You acknowledge that SailGP and other authorised third parties (including but not limited to SailGP Group companies, sponsors, broadcasters camera operators and film editors) may record or make film, photographs, visual or sound recordings of the SailGP Event including of you (the film, photographs, visual or sound recordings together being the Content). You hereby explicitly, freely and unambiguously consent to the use of the Content on any media, including in live or recorded digital, video, film, broadcast, telecast or other display or transmission or recording, photograph or any other media (including social media), by us and any of our commercial partners and for our commercial purposes (including but not limited to marketing, advertising and brand awareness) worldwide without payment or compensation of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. You fully waive any moral rights in this respect of this content to the fullest extent permitted by law.
