Filings with Secretary of State. In addition to any other duties assigned to the Executive Director or otherwise required by law, the Executive Director is hereby authorized to and shall be responsible for filing on behalf of NCTPA and the NCTPA Board all notices required by Government Code sections 6503.5 and 53051. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless and until an Executive Director is appointed, such filings are authorized to and shall be made by the Napa County Director of Public Works.
