Filing with MSRB Sample Clauses
The "Filing with MSRB" clause requires parties, typically underwriters or issuers in municipal securities transactions, to submit certain documents or disclosures to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB). This often includes official statements, continuing disclosure agreements, or other required filings related to the issuance or ongoing reporting of municipal bonds. By mandating these filings, the clause ensures regulatory compliance and promotes transparency in the municipal securities market, helping investors access important information and supporting market integrity.
