Filing Office. In order to perfect, as of the Effective Date, the Security Interests granted by each Lien Grantor, to the extent that such Security Interests may be perfected by filing a financing statement pursuant to the UCC, a duly signed financing statement on Form UCC-1, with the collateral described as set forth on Schedule 2 hereto, should be on file with respect to each such Lien Grantor in the Office of the Secretary of State in the jurisdiction of organization of such Lien Grantor as set forth in Schedule 3.12 to the Credit Agreement.
