Common use of Filing of Certain Continuation Statements Clause in Contracts

Filing of Certain Continuation Statements. From time to time, the Trustee shall duly file, or cause to be filed, at the expense of the Company, continuation statements for the purpose of continuing without lapse the effectiveness of the filing of the financing statements with respect to the security interest created by this Indenture in the Agreement and the Note, at or prior to the issuance of the Bonds and any previously filed continuation statements which shall have been filed as herein required. The Issuer shall sign and deliver to the Trustee or its designee such continuation statements as may be requested of it from time to time by the Trustee. Upon the filing of any such continuation statements the Trustee shall immediately notify the Issuer and the Company that the same has been accomplished.

Filing of Certain Continuation Statements. From time to time, the Trustee shall duly file, file or cause to be filed, at the expense of the Company, filed continuation statements for the purpose of continuing without lapse the effectiveness of the filing of the financing statements with respect to the security interest created by this Indenture in the Agreement and the Note, (i) those Financing Statements which shall have been filed at or prior to the issuance of the Bonds in connection with the security for the Bonds pursuant to the authority of the U.C.C., and (ii) any previously filed continuation statements which shall have been filed as herein required. The Issuer shall sign and deliver to the Trustee or its designee such continuation statements as may be requested of it from time to time by the Trustee. Upon the filing of any such continuation statements statement the Trustee shall immediately notify the Issuer and the Company that the same has been accomplished.
