Common use of Filing Fees, Excise Taxes, Etc Clause in Contracts

Filing Fees, Excise Taxes, Etc. Each Grantor agrees to pay or to reimburse the Collateral Agent for any and all payments made by the Collateral Agent in respect of all search, filing, recording and registration fees, taxes, excise taxes and other similar imposts which may be payable or determined to be payable in respect of the execution and delivery of this Agreement and each Security Document. The obligations of each Grantor under this Section 6.10 shall survive the termination of the other provisions of this Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Collateral Agent hereunder.
