File Sharing and Uploading Content. If applicable, some Services may include the ability for You to share files with third parties and for them to share files with You, or to upload content to be used with that particular Service. You agree to obtain all necessary licences and consents to enable Us to share such files between You and such third parties and You shall indemnify Us against any liability that We may incur as a result of Your failure to obtain such licences and/or consents. We accept no responsibly for the content of files uploaded by You or any third parties. While We may provide a document storage and exchange service this does not involve checking for malicious software, which shall be Your responsibility. We reserve Our rights to remove any files that You and/or such third parties may share or immediately disable Your access and/or terminate Your account should Your file sharing activities (or those of such third parties) be deemed in Our sole discretion to be inappropriate and/or threaten the security of other customers.
