Common use of Fields of exploitation of Software Clause in Contracts

Fields of exploitation of Software. 8.1. End User may only use Software and the appertaining manual for its internal business use. End User: 8.1.1. Shall not use Software to render data processing center services, outsourcing services, or application services to third parties. 8.1.2. Shall not distribute Software or copies thereof to the public, including use or rental. 8.1.3. Shall not use Software or a part of Software to develop any other product, especially if it could be competitive with Software or for any other commercial purposes. 8.2. The End User may use the Software only on particular production and corresponding non-production (development, sandbox, test and quality assurance) system(s) indicated in Attachment 1 to this Agreement. The use of the Software exceeding the scope outlined in Attachment 1 is forbidden.
