Common use of Field Verification Clause in Contracts

Field Verification. 1. CONTRACTOR shall verify all dimensions, quantities and details shown on the plans, specifications or other data provided with the Work Order, and shall notify the Project Manager of all errors, omissions and discrepancies found therein within three calendar days of discovery. 2. CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed to take advantage of any error, omission or discrepancy, as full instructions will be furnished by the Project Manager. 3. CONTRACTOR shall not be liable for damages resulting from errors, omissions or discrepancies in the Project Documents unless CONTRACTOR recognized such error, omission or discrepancy and knowingly failed to report it to the Project Manager.
