Field Testing Sample. An independent third party evaluator (3PE) will be allowed to field test up to 5% of the EV submeters within each of the IOUs service territories for each phase of the EV pilot to evaluate the accuracy of the overall metering system at a customer site. The 3PE shall be allowed to select which EV meters to test, and the Submeter MDMA and its customers’ shall provide the necessary access and assistance to facilitate such testing.
