Field Revisions. 18.1.3.1 ENEL may carry out field revisions and surveys to the SUPPLIER'S personnel and/or its subcontractors to verify the fulfilment of the labour obligations. The SUPPLIER must cooperate to carry out said revisions; otherwise, it shall be considered a serious contract breach.

Field Revisions. The Director of Public Works reserves the right to order field revisions at the sole expense of the Developer.
