Field Reports. WSP will prepare daily field reports and biweekly summaries that will be scanned and sent to the City of Laramie Project Manager together with a monthly invoice for construction management services. A total of 14 bi-weekly summaries is assumed.
Field Reports. Construction Manager will ensure the contractor prepares a daily log of all project activity to include:
1. Contractor(s) equipment
2. Contractor(s) manpower
3. General description of work performed and location
4. Issues and areas of concern or critical to job progress 5. Material/equipment deliveries
