Field Assessment Sample Clauses

A Field Assessment clause defines the process and conditions under which one party may enter a site or property to evaluate its current state, suitability, or compliance with certain requirements. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the assessment, any notice requirements, and the responsibilities for costs or damages incurred during the assessment. Its core function is to ensure that parties have a clear, agreed-upon procedure for conducting on-site evaluations, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes related to site conditions or access.
