Common use of Field Allowance Clause in Contracts

Field Allowance. Where employees are required to be away from their normal place of work and usual place of residence for an overnight period an allowance of $17.84 per night shall be paid under the following circumstances: a) When accommodated in rig or seismic camps, or under canvas; or b) When accommodated in compressor station units.
