Common use of Fiber Optic Clause in Contracts

Fiber Optic. Landlord shall have no responsibility or liability for bringing either the phone system or fiber optics to the Premises. Nothing herein shall prohibit Landlord from entering into licensing or other agreements with any telecommunications company or entity for the Building nor shall Landlord be prohibited from installing a minimum point of entry fiber optics system and/or updating or replacing any system from time to time in the Building.
