Common use of Fiber Optic Clause in Contracts

Fiber Optic. Subject to the terms of this Lease, and subject to Tenant obtaining Landlord’s consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Tenant shall have the right, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, to bring to the Buildings comprising the Premises such fiber optic cabling as Tenant shall desire for Tenant’s business operations at the Premises. Landlord shall reasonably cooperate with Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, in connection with Tenant’s securing access to the fiber optic cabling of Tenant’s choice.
