Common use of Fiat Services Clause in Contracts

Fiat Services. (a) As part of Custodial Services, Client may use Custodian to safeguard Fiat Currency in a Custodial Account for Client’s benefit (“Fiat Services”). Custodian will custody Fiat Currency in one or more of the following “Customer Omnibus Accounts”, as determined by Custodian: (i) deposit accounts established by Custodian with a Bank (each an “Omnibus Deposit Account”); (ii) money market accounts established by Custodian at a Bank (each, a “Money Market Account”) and/or (iii) such other accounts as may be agreed between Client and Custodian in writing from time to time.
