FF&E Schedule Sample Clauses

FF&E Schedule. Seller has provided to Purchaser schedules (the “FF&E Schedules”) with respect to each Existing Facility and which FF&E is intended to be part of the Assets to be transferred to and owned by the Applicable Property Transferees upon and following the Closing. Such FF&E Schedules may be detailed schedules or depreciation schedules used in Seller’s tax returns, as available. Upon reasonable prior notice to each Seller, Purchaser shall be entitled to inspect the FF&E at the applicable Property prior to the Closing in order to confirm and verify the FF&E Schedule.
