FF&E Procurement Sample Clauses

The FF&E Procurement clause outlines the process and responsibilities for acquiring furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) necessary for a project. It typically specifies which party is responsible for selecting, purchasing, and installing these items, and may set standards for quality, timelines, and approval procedures. By clearly defining roles and expectations, this clause helps ensure that all required FF&E is delivered and installed efficiently, minimizing delays and disputes over procurement responsibilities.
