FFE CONTRACTS. In respect of each FFE Contract, the relevant Borrower shall pay fees and commissions to the Working Capital Bank in accordance with the Working Capital Bank's usual charging scales as notified to the Company from time to time for entering into forward foreign exchange contracts.
