Festivals. Licensee shall not be entitled to use the Programme(s) at any festivals, trade fairs or similar events or places except with the prior written consent of Licensor.

Festivals. The Parties shall encourage the exchange of experts and artists for performances and participation in their festivals of music, dance and theatre. All details, including the financial clauses, shall be defined through diplomatic channels. (see point 13.

Festivals. Additional Terms & Conditions apply when the vehicle has been hired for the purpose of attending a Festival or for any activity that involves the attendance of a Festival using the Motorhome for transportation and/or accommodation and can be found attached to the end of this document. Failure to declare at the booking stage that the vehicle is to be used for the purposes mentioned above or at a Festival in any way not previously mentioned may result in your booking being cancelled and will invalidate your hire agreement. If it becomes apparent that a returned vehicle has been used at a Festival without permission then South Lakes Motorhome Hire Ltd. reserve the right to withhold damage deposit subject to a thorough inspection of the vehicle to check for damage both internally, externally and mechanically and this will be at the hirers cost, currently £20/hour plus any external charges levied by the mechanics.

Festivals. The entire Plaza is viewed as one large venue for festivals of all kinds. Organizations such as the Los Angeles Festival may co-produce large scale events with Angel's Flight Productions. Festivals including crafts, food and performance (like the Festival of Masks or the ▇▇▇▇▇ Towers' Drum Festival) would also be appropriate in a plaza-wide setting. Angel's Flight Productions will produce two to three performing arts festivals during the year with a multitude of events occurring throughout the plaza over the course of several days (see Budget Notes). These events, during the day or night, are expected to bring in thousands of people to the plaza for each Festival.

Festivals. 9.1 The Client and Cinema Operator will work together to agree the future structure of film festivals, if any, to be held in the Cinema Areas including timings, length and content. The Cinema Operator will give the Client reasonable access to use the Cinema Areas for up to 15 days a year (including some weekends) for festival activity delivered by the Client. For the avoidance of doubt, attendances at festivals events within the Clients Cinema’s will count towards the Cinema Operator’s targets and any ticket income will remain with the Client. 9.2 The Client will give at least three months’ notice of any access it requires to use the Cinema Area for festival activity. Such access will be timed to minimise disruption to the Cinema Operator’s customers.

Festivals. The parties shall identify key festivals in their respective territory as a possible platform to showcase the co-produced audiovisual works. The Parties collaborate in organising networking events for film professionals of both nationalities To stimulate the coproduction between both countries in the field of film production the parties shall: a. encourage and facilitate the collaboration between producers and other film professionals between the two countries; b. organise meetings between film makers, producers and other industry professionals from both countries and encourage the convening of seminars for producers to inform them about the possibilities of film financing in their countries; c. try their best to facilitate access to funds to support co-productions between both countries thanks to existing support mechanisms such as subsidies, tax incentives and other government related support measures.
