It includes manslaughter and negligent homicide. A case is a felony case if it includes a felony charge at any time after defendant appears in circuit court, even if later reduced to a misdemeanor.

  • Fraud In this Agreement, Fraud means dishonestly obtaining a benefit, or causing a loss, by deception or other means, and includes alleged, attempted, suspected or detected fraud.
