Felling and Bucking. Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and damage to residual timber. Felling shall be done by saws or shears. Trees may not be left hanging on other trees. All hung trees or spring poles must be fell or released, dropped or pulled down to the ground the day they occur. ▇▇▇▇▇ Heights: Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to highest ground, the maximum height of 12 inches, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Seller or their Representative. Limbing: When necessary to minimize damage to residual stand during skidding, exposed limbs shall be cut from products prior to skidding. Such limbs may be left uncut which cannot be cut with reasonable safety. Skidding: In so far as ground conditions permit products shall not be skidded against unmarked trees or groups of pole trees or groups of reproduction, and skidders or tractors shall be equipped with winch to facilitate skidding. Landings and Skid Trails: Location of all landings, skid roads, skid trails shall be agreed upon prior to construction or use in writing. Landings and major skid trails will be flagged in prior to construction and use.
