Common use of Fees; Traffic Summonses; Penalties and Fines Clause in Contracts

Fees; Traffic Summonses; Penalties and Fines. With respect to any Lessee and the Lease Vehicles leased by such Lessee hereunder and notwithstanding the fact that the Lessor is the legal owner of any Dutch Vehicle, each Lessee shall be responsible for the payment of all registration fees, title fees, licence fees or other similar governmental fees and taxes, including Dutch motor vehicle tax (motorrijtuigenbelasting en belasting zware motorrijtuigen), Dutch car registration tax (belasting personenauto’s en motorrijwielen), all costs and expenses in connection with the transfer of title of, or reflection of the interest of any security holder in, any Lease Vehicle, traffic summonses, penalties, judgments and fines incurred with respect to any Lease Vehicle during the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle or imposed during the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle by any Governmental Authority with respect to such Lease Vehicles and any premiums relating to any of the Insurance Policies under Clause 5.1.2 (Insurance), in connection with such Lessee’s operation of such Lease Vehicles. The Lessor may, but is not required to, make any and all payments pursuant to this Clause 5.1.4 on behalf of such Lessee, provided that such Lessee will reimburse the Lessor in full for any and all payments made pursuant to this Clause 5.1.4.

The Lessor may, but is not required to, make any and all payments pursuant to this Clause 5.1.4 on behalf of such Lessee, provided that such Lessee Xxxxxx will reimburse the Lessor in full for any and all payments made pursuant to this Clause 5.1.4.
