Fees Required. In accordance with section 9 the Minister's Requirement for Fees made under s.179.1 of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) the Municipality has the authority to collect the fee in respect of an application. Consideration under this agreement is the fee collected by the Municipality.
Fees Required. DFG may refuse to process a subnotification or a request for an extension or amendment until DFG receives the proper fee or fees.
