Fees Owed to Developer. In the event of termination of this Agreement by either party for any reason, and without limiting the provisions of Section 10.2 Client shall pay Developer for all work and expenses accrued prior to the effective date of such termination. Developer shall be entitled to invoice Client for such work in accordance with Sections 4.4 and 10.2.
