Fees Not Included. The IBCHFS fee of $2950 does not include the additional fees which may be incurred in an adoption, especially a foreign adoption, such as:
1. Third party fees
2. Fees assessed by foreign governments 3. Attorney fees
Fees Not Included. Fees set forth above do not include Subscriber special requests, potential transition set-up activities or potential wind down costs. Fees for these services, as well as Recruiting and HR consulting are not included herein, but will be negotiated once the scope of such services are defined.
Fees Not Included. The Fees for Services set forth in Exhibit B do not include mutually agreed upon pass-through items and the cost of the following items: one-time data or telecommunication line and modem charges, fees associated with the deployment of Customer's software to Alliance facilities, all output medium, postage, delivery service (i.e. courier, express mail), training materials and supplies. The costs for such items shall either be paid directly by Customer or paid by Alliance with prompt reimbursement from Customer.
