Fees for Lost Keys. If the Student loses any of the keys that are issued at check in, or that are ordered during the Term, Residence Services is required to change the locks, and the Student shall pay lock change fees as follows: i. Exterior Key (Apartments only) $25 ii. Unit Key (Lock change required) $175 iii. Mailbox Key (Lock change required) $100
